THERMO-BAT HOT AND COLD WATER COILS

Air handling units are manufactured in very different sizes and shapes according to special dimensions and capacities in devices such as Fan-coil, Aperey. Cold water coils are  working according to the 7-12 C cold water regime. Hot coils operate according to the 70-50, 80-60 or 90-70 C hot water regime. Hot and Cold water coils water pipe connections are manufactured as right and left sided. Water pipe connections are manufactured with internal thread, external thread or flanged connection. Air vent valve is left as standard in all hot and cold water coils. The outer cassette of the hot and cold water coils is completely manufactured from galvanized sheet metal. Hot and cold water coil fins are manufactured from 130 to 200 micron thick aluminum foil. Hot and cold water coil fins are manufactured as raw or epoxy coated. In hot and cold water coils, the size between the two fins is produced as 2.1 mm, 2.5 mm and 3 mm, depending on the capacity. The edge cuts of the fins can be made straight or wavy. The copper pipes used in the production of hot and cold water coils are 0.35 mm and 3/8 in diameter. All hot and cold water coils are manufactured with 25-22 staggered geometry. Hot and cold water coils are manufactured in different capacities and sizes according to all kinds of special project needs. Hot and cold water coils produced are tested at 30 bar pressure. All hot and cold water coils are specially designed according to customer needs and project requirements. In order to provide a price advantage, it is also possible to order with 0.7 mm aluminum pipe.
